The biggest SCAM !
Ordered through the website your cell phone. After last week I called them and there is no progress, and I read some comments google just search on google for onsalecell and you will see some really bad user exeperince with this store . this store is FRAUD I realized I made a mistake, it would be better to cancel the deal and do it at another store (which provided me the next day has been the product with full compliance to specification and color I wanted, please spread the word onsalecell is FRAUD and scam i cant belive they still in bussiness

Fraud, scam, rip off
I was charged $169 on my debit card and nothing was ever sent. Their customer service is a joke. They don't have an actual # to call just a website. After a while they just stop responding.
Don't be drawn in buy their low prices. It's true you can dispute a CC, but a debit card is more difficult and the time window is shorter. As in my case, they kept saying they were refunding my money so I ran out of time to dispute. I wish I had read this website before ordering. Don't give these douchbags any of your money.

onsalecell is a scam, a rip off, a cheat
I ordered a phone samsung from onsalecell and paid by Paypal (they accept it on their website) when I found out they were a scam and they never intended on supplying the phone and returning the money I immediately placed a complaint with Paypal following their procedure- they closed the complaint and told me to go to I3C and complaint and that they are never going to help- *** I should have ordered with a Amex- never again Paypal is in cahoots with all the fraud websites- beware if you use Paypal and the Internet store is a scam you will loose your money

ONSALECELL ripped me off. Don't let them rip you off!
I bought a cell phone which turned out to be defective. I returned the phone for a refund. I followed ONSALECELL return policy to the letter. ONSALECELL has refused to give a refund. Now they have their defective product and almost $300 of my dollars-and I'm out. Why, because ONSALECELL does not follow its own return policy, and they make up new rules to suit them. Example-no where in ONSALECELL return policy does it say ONSALECELL gets to decide if a product is defective-but I was told they do. And guess how they decide! They win and you lose. Their return policy states refunds will be processed in 5 days, well for me that was 4 months ago and still counting!! So far, ONSALECELL has ignored me, my bank, and lied to the New York State Consumer Protection Board regarding my refund. And yes-ONSALECELL sent me a cell phone manufactured for Europe! That problem is a common thread with this company. Oh, yes, if you send ONSALECELL letter, they claim not to get it. They only get certified mail at this company.
If you are in the market for a Cellular product, look somewhere else. ONSALECELL does not deserve your business. I'm sure some transactions through ONSALECELL that go off without a hitch. But what happens if there is a problem? Based on the number of complaints, problems happen frequently with ONSALECELL . Well, if you are an unlucky one, like I was, you too will be out of a lot of money.
Lets show ONSALECELL that they can't rip off their customers and stay in business. DO NOT SHOP AT ONSALECELL!
