I challenge the following charges:
a. service charge? $108.00
b. TLG*evryday $ 12.99

These are corrupt charges and need to be cleared from my account! I will not be using your card ever again unless this is corrected.

You charge my Visa card $38.53 for service. Our service has been paid up and we had added time on previous car which was added to the account. There are no fees due.

I buy a Buick Century, retirement car. Paid cash... Now Onstar... Digital vs Analog... Why not update my car so I can still use Onstar... After 4 years... Car components are obsolete... Did they not not know when they sold it that. Digital was required in just a few years and provide updated version of Onstar... GM can and should have done much better.

Got card for online survey for OnStar customers. Cannot find the website to take the survey. What else does this company have to waste my time on a p;hony survey that promises to enter you in a prize draw???? Does this company think everyone is a dumba$$ democrat????
