I ordered a camera online based on their advertisement. Next day I called customer service to check status of the order. They tried to sell me accessories at outrages prices which I declined. The customer servive guy hanged up on me when I declined and then I got an email from them saying that my order is on back order and it will another 6 to 8 weeks before they can ship it. This is not true. They never intended to ship it unless I paid some outrageous prices for stuff that I did not need. Below is email that i sent to the company:
This is a world class scam build on bait and switch. I confirmed with your customer service that the unit was in stock and then ordered. Your customer service guy try to sell me batteries at exorbitant prices which I refused and now you are telling that the unit is on back order. You know that this is a big lie and that your advertisement was a big lie and your business is based on a big lie.
