Ordered a PINK Z1485 on 2/6/09. Suppossed to be delivered in 3-5 days, BACKORDERED. We said ok, we would wait. On 2/17/09 we received a BLUE camera. I wanted & ordered pink, they said a "man" had called, they didn't know who it was, & authorized him to ship the pink. Then Robert (extension 232) & also a woman started putting me on hold for 25+ minutes and hanging up on me. Everytime I call as soon as they get my name I get hung up on. I never was rude to them, I thought it was all just a mix up and said things like "I understand that this was not your fault, may I please speak with a supervisor." Called credit card company to dispute the charge and they said first I have to return the wrong camera and I "might" or "might not" get my money back depending on what On Tiem digatital says...well crap! SO I am stuck with a freakin blue camera...which may not seem like a big deal, but the only reason I ordered was because I wanted the pink.
