Bait and switch ripoff
I ordered online a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28 Digital Camera from this company. The price was the lowest I could find. After ordering, and giving my credit card, the company emailed me and told me that I needed to call them to confirm the order. So I did. When I called they asked me if I wanted batteries for the camera. I asked them what kind of batteries, like AA? They said no, the lithium ion battery that goes with the camera. At this point I knew I was being scammed. I asked them to cancel the order. They said they did but I am nervous that they are not going to cancel and that I gave these crooks my credit card details.
Unfortunately I have since looked online and found out that these guys have tons of complaints against them, and that they use multiple company aliases. Beware, I think Stop&Shop might be another alias that they use.

Terrible experience
At my age I should have known better. How many times have I heard the phrase 'If something is too good to be true, it probably is'? So is the case with OnTimeDigital. While searching the internet for a specific Fuji camera my daughter wanted for Christmas, I stumbled across a link to 'OnTimeDigital'. And I wish I had not. They had the camera I wanted at a price I just couldn't believe.

So I ordered it, using my credit card. Almost immediately I got an email thanking me for the order and letting me know I would receive a follow up email when the item shipped. And my credit card was charged immediately. About a day or two later I received an email asking me to call a phone number and verify my order.

And what a phone call it was. This was an incredible example of bait and switch. The first thing I was told was the camera required special batteries (it doesn't, it takes two AA batteries) and that I needed to add them to my order. If the camera doesn't come with batteries it's because they take them out of the box. Fuji ships the camera to them WITH batteries. I told them I work for a company that sells batteries (I do), and that I was fine.

Then I was asked 'What about an extended warranty?'. I said the Fuji warranty would be fine, and at the price I was buying the camera for, if it broke I would throw it away and buy another. That really made the person on the phone angry and they basically slammed the phone down. No goodbye, thanks for calling, KMA or anything else.

Emails asking if the camera would ship by Christmas have gone unanswered. Today I went in and checked the order on their website and found the item to be on 'Backorder'. I canceled the order. It will be interesting to see if I ever get my money back

SCAMMERS
Total ripoff scammers. Ordered Garmin GPS online. Received email that I must call to
confirm order. Immediately the hard press to buy the extended Warranty begins.
No, No, No - don't want it -- just ship my order. Next, "I need to know which maps you
want to buy?" buy??? -- it comes with maps. "Nope, can't sell it to you without selling you
a map upgrade -- I'll cancel the order if you don't buy it". SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
