Using oofay for powerleveling service will get your account banned! While they power level your character they will also exploit your account and use it for gold distribution.

This will get your account banned. It happened to me. Don't make the same mistake. Stay away from this company!!!

i ordered wow gold at their site but no gold has been delivered. and i read some complaints about them already, so im gonna take legal actions of they dont give it to me fast.

Oofay takes your money and gives you nothing in return. They have piss poor customer sevice and will do nothing that they say.

I recommend never dealing with oofay, but if you already did, and are completely stuck like I was, please read the following as it may help you!

I was feeling the same way as all of you guys, but I went one step further.

After waiting for half and hour on thier chat channel day after day, calling their phone line and waiting to it ring for 2 minutes, than getting the busy signal (never an answer), I was starting to get a little P.O'd.

I'd read boards like this, and others where people are saying they never got thier WoW gold. I was a little discouraged, as I had bought 1000 gold!

After chatting with them a few time (Eva), I was told they would meet me when I got off work, and not to worry, my gold was on its way. I would end up waiting up almost all nite, with no phone calls from them, no in-game whispers, no emails (they had all the information to contact me). Well after the second time of this happening, I started getting a little more P.O'd (if even more possible than before =P ).

I went to google.com and did a search for WHOIS lookup, after going to a whois site, I looked up oofay.com, and obtained the owner/operator's personal email. After emailing (and leaving messages when they were not around their chat chanell) them countless times, I finally resorted to sending the owner an email explaining how I would file a case against them, and surely get my funds back. I explained how I was totally dissatisfied with thier service, and how I would not let them rob me blind.
I told them I would not only sue them, but I would file a case with Paypal as well (their only means of accepting $).

The very next morning when I got on WoW, I recieved 600 of my gold, as an oofayer got on WoW and whispered me. I asked where the rest of it was, and they said nothing while the trade screen was up. I decided to count myself lucky getting any gold at all, so I didnt push them after the 5th time of asking the retards the same thing over and over.

3 days pass, I am doing gnomeregan instance, and I get a whisper from Cos (Arygos Alliance US), I hearthstone to SW, and I get the rest of my 400 gold.

Moral of the story? Keep bugging the bastards, and don't feel bad threatening them with legal issues (even if they are not feasible =D )...i mean common they dont know US law, they are all Koreans!
