THIS IS A SCAM, DON'T FALL FOR IT

When I saw the ad for a free trial offer I should have know it was too good to be true. If the offer was truly free I shouldn’t have been required to give the company my credit card number. I did because I was under the impression that it was to pay for the shipping.

Low and behold, 35 days later I noticed that this company charged my account $89. I called the 1-877 numbers and was told that I didn't return the unused portion of the product before the 35 day trial period had past. I told them that the product didn't work and that I wasn't satisfied with the results (or lack thereof) of their product, and that I wanted them to credit my account the $89 . I was told by the companies’ rep that I should have known that this was going to happen because I clicked the "I accept" button and that it was disclosed in there that they would automatically charge my account and that all sales are final and i wouldn't not be recieving a refund.

I had the rep remove me from the company’s customer list and to send me an e-mail stating that they removed me, and that I wouldn’t be charged anything in the future. The e-mail they sent me stated that they did remove me and that I would not be charged anything in the future. I was so happy. The e-mail also stated that they canceled (CANCELED) my 60 day order. I called them and told them that they charged me $89 so they better send me the stuff I paid for. And this is where it becomes more deceitful. The rep told me that the 89$ was for the stuff that they originally sent me (you know the FREE stuff) and I will not be receiving any more product for the $89

I learned a lot from this experience, so I guess it wasn’t a complete waste of money.
I learned that this company needs to be investigated for deceitful business practices.

Yes, just like the others, I opted for the "FREE" trial, only to find out, LIKE THE OTHER VICTIMS, that it is an automatic enrollment in a monthly shipment plan, as well as YOU WILL BE CHARGED if you do not return the unused product - in my "deal" it was in 30 days...

BEWARE, they are parrots. I will be returning empty bottles to them. What fun it will be to try their product this morning and probably hate it. Who could like using something that is enthalled in deceit and lies?
