I'm looking for help finding some the people who ran the company Open House Funding in Rancho Bernardo. The guy who was always in the back office was named Noel Jose and he had some employees Ernesto Cisneros. According to the web searches his wife Myra Jose (Myra Mauricio-Jose) is the principal and president of this company.

Noel is a nice enough guy but I've come to discover through some detective work of my own that he has stolen over $300, 000 dollars (possibly more) of investment money from others and has since shut down the company and is nowhere to be found. I suspect that much if not all of the money has been used for his own personal enjoyment and was never used for restructuring my mortgage debt.

I've met with others who are in the same situation and we'd like to find out where he is. If anyone has any information about his whereabouts and/or is in a similar situation where you feel scammed by this guy please post something below with contact information.

I've also searched the public records and court files and found that all 3 people have multiple lawsuits against them. You can find the search site here

My lawyer has suggest I meet with the police and fbi and I would like more information from others before I do.
