to make a very long story short...the salesman was repeatedly told that we were interested in a 2009 TSX with navigation... he went back and forth numerous times to his manager to secure the price we ultimately agreed upon.. we repeated SEVERAL TIMES...THIS PRICE IS FOR A TSX WITH HIGH TECH PACKAGE FOR 42 MONTHS.. THE AGREED UPON AMOUNT WAS $378.. A MONTH... WE LEFT VERY HAPPY...SEVERAL DAYS WENT BY AND NO RESPONSE TO PHONE CALLS. FINALLY I WENT DOWN AND WAS TOLD THAT THE SALESMAN PRICED OUT A TSX WITHOUT NAVIGATION AT THAT PRICE...
THE MANAGER AND THE DISTRICT MANAGER BOTH WERE SPOKEN TO..THEY SAID THAT THE BEST THEY COULD DO WAS $438...THEY WERE INSISTANT THAT IT WAS TOO BAD THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE... WE REALLY WANTED THE CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER... I WAS WILLING TO GO UP TO $405. THEY DECIDED THAT THEY WOULD RATHER LOSE A LONG STANDING (5 CARS) CUSTOMER THAN LOSE $33 A MONTH.. HOW STUPID! NOT ONNLY HAVE THEY LOST US AS A CUSTOMER...BUT ALSO ALL THE PEOPLE THAT I PLAN TO TELL IN MY COMMUNITY... IT WAS THEIR SALESMAN'S ERROR AND THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO BACK IT...
