I signed up with this company and paid an initial fee of $2.95 for admin charges. I have since had $96.86 or equivalent in pounds sterling - £61.39 billed to mycredit card. I have just discovered that I am going to be charged a monthly bill of this amount for nothing! I do not even use the the site. I have now cancelled my card but want to know how I can get my money back.

i singned up to a network saying i could earn £50+per hour and all i had to was send links to conpanys vie e-mail. They said i had to pay a small shiping fee which was about £1.75 so i thourght i had nothing to lose. then last weekend (19th jan 2010) i was charged $96.86 (£62.30) money i really can't aford to lose and hope i can somehow get back can anyone help me

i have recently signed up to opt2excel after seeing the advertisiment on facebook. i was charged a 1.90 fee which i did not mind paying, and was told i would be sent infromation on a money making system. i have not even signed in to the site since the day i signed up for this.

i have signed into my online banking today and without warning have been shocked to see that £61.21 has been debited from my account which i certainly cannot afford on the other hand have not been aware was due to be debited. subject to this i am now overdrawn.

it is obvious that i am not the only person being subjected to this.could you please advise me on how to go about finding out why this has happened and how do i go about redeeming my money.

i have connstantly been trying to cancel my free trial with opt2excel and have been having difficulties receiving a response, no-one replies to your e-mails and whenever you ring you get hello corprate office please hold, get put on hold for what seems like ages before you are told someone will call you back. it's a nightmare and seems a scam to me. All the reviews i have read, i've reported it to fraud department and they are investigating
