Signed up for3 month insurance for October, November & December 2010 - they have now taken 4 months premium of $334.00 out of my credit card account. I sent a certified letter in early November to make sure that there were no more paymenst charged to my account, but they took another $334.00 on December 20, 2010. When I sent the letter to them I also notified my charge card company that there should not be any payment taken out in December, but it went thru anyway - I have notified the credit card company of this error and they are going to credit my card and send a notice to NCE - Optum that their charge was disputed.
I was also told when I signed up that there was prescription included as my husband needed his prescriptions filled until he goes on Social Security on 01/01/2011. In going to the pharmacy to fill two of his prescriptions the pharmacy says there is no such insurance, so no discount of his expensive refills! I have called the # to NCE, my salesman was Mark - and they do not return calls - you can only get a recording. Senior citizens on a low income such as ours are being scammed by these people and I would like my total payment of $1, 002.00 or $1, 336.00 if my credit card company cannot resolve my dispute on the extra payment taken.
