After having my broadband disconnected due to a relocation I was told by Optus that I could still access my Optusnet account for 90 days (read only) could not send.
After 6 days the access was totally cut off and despite calling them I was advised nothing could be done about it once the service was stopped by them.
Lousy service, lousy advice from a telco that should know better!
I won't be jusing any of their other services in future.
