Took and paternity test and proved that this child was not mine in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Even got a notarized document stating that there is a 99.99% this child is not mine. LA closed the Child support case but never filed a Prejudice judgment. Now the girl is In Orange county again saying I'm the father.
I showed all this information to the Orange County Child Support Service DA. First they acted as though they were trying to help, but secretly they were attempting to serve me with papers to pay child support. When I found this out I put my attorney on the case. It turns out that OCCS leans on people and hopes that they will either lose their case through default because the majority of people within their governing rule can not afford to hire and attorney. Thus their cases get tied up in red tape and end up not knowing their rights. The DA would much rather drag you through the mud then make his/her own decision. They are to afraid to stop a case and would rather exhaust county funding and let the judge make the call. I am also informed that Orange County has does not prosecute case against mothers who fraudulently file cases in their County.
The only cases of fraud they go after are cases where you get welfare for the same child in more them one county. Again, not their choice but a state law. You would think that OCSC would spend these resources and go and see if these people actually live the way they say they are. I am sure that they would find a ton of people that are not in need but only working the system. That's why you county is bankrupt, your Sheriff has been arrested and you are about to go bankrupt again. Don't get me started on the Irvine Police force that even police officers in LA and Ventura county have called racist. wonder why you are one of the safest citys in America. Cause people of color are only allowed to work in your city, not live there. As you can see by my comments, I am very upset and fed up with how they practice law in Orange County. My suggestion is if you have a problem in OC, get an attorney. Since OC wants to use exhaust their resource, then I will oblige. My suggestion is for everyone to do the same. Maybe this county will then learn to do their job! I look forward to the feed back..
