In Last week on 19th May 2008 I had gone to Alibaug [Maharashtra] from
Mumbai [Maharashtra]. There I got the call from Hutch Call Center for
converting Prepaid to
postpaid billing. I have taken the call & told her that I'll be back on
Sunday. After that I got the SMS from Hutch for deduction of National
Roaming. Re 49 has been deducted
from the refilled amount. Today on 24th May 2006 I talked to Hutch Team
Leader [Faizan Giri] as per him I have sent a SMS for activation of National
Roaming. I told him that
can he show me the records so that I can visit the shop see the same. But he
told while getting prepaid connection there is clause that customer will not
be able to see the
records. That means intention of Hutch is very clear to CHEAT the customers.
Afterwards I have visited Hutch Shop also for that but of no use. They also
repeated the same thing.
I feel like moving to consumer court.. its simply ridiculous!!!
I would be very thankful if something can be done. In future Hutch should
rectify there system flaws & Customer will not be charged for this.
