No payment for last 2 months

I've been using Orange Square Real Estate for 3 years and generally the service was good. There were a few months where payment was not made, but this was corrected in the next few days, once I informed Jacques of missed payments.

However, I have not been paid for the last 2 months, and I cannot get hold of anyone at Orange Square - Jacques or Louise. I'm not sure what to do exactly, but I will attempt to get in touch with the Tenant, Body Corporate and Managing Agents as a next step.

I'm sure many people are affected by this, so any advise from you would be of great help.

Don't use these rental agents

These rental agents have just disappeared with my rental income that they have collected from the tenant in my unit. I cannot contact them and nobody seems to know what has happened at the home owners association or body corporate. My rental payment that they collected at the beginning of this month is still with them, even after numerous emials and phonecalls telling them that i am waiting for it. As at today, I still have not receivied anything. Stay far away from these guys and warn others as well. They were previously known as AtEase Lettings. I have been using these agents for the last 2 years, and besides the poor service that i received from them, things went relatively well regarding payments. In the last few months, service has become terrible and now they have just vanished.
