Received Sms stating That I won 532, 450(GBP) in a international cellphone draw from Orange Telecoms.
This was sent to me via email and requested that I pay for a fund release form of the amount of 550(GBP)
before the money is payed out by nationwide bank
IS THIS A SCAM OR NOT!!!
