While Demetry (the owner) reliably picked us up and got us to our cruise terminal he spent most of his time looking at his cell phone. He also quoted us a price for pickup after our cruise and to our post cruise resort.
The whole time he drove us to the resort he complained loudly about how it was so far out and complained about why we would book such a spot to stay when Disney properties were not even close (incidentally it is 20 min from the airport and 5 minutes from Disney) Why it mattered to him I am not sure since we agreed upon a price before our departure for our cruise.
We ended up paying him $75 extra plus the obligatory 20% tip for him to take us the extra 20 minutes. When we were dropped off at the resort we quickly realized that we were missing 2 of our pieces of luggage. We called him within 5 minutes and he told me that he was pulling over to look and would call me right back. After 15 minutes I called him again and he started yelling at me that it was not his fault and that he had other appointments and that he could not bring the bags back until late that evening. Then he said that he would not bring the bags back unless we paid him an additional $25 for his time.
I explained to him that it was his responsibility to clear his vehicle before pulling away and that we paid him a 20% tip to ensure excellent service. He started raising his voice so much that I finally asked him if he was yelling at me because I was a woman and did he need to talk to my husband. I asked him if he was holding my luggage hostage for the additional $25 and he changed his tone slightly. To get the luggage back I agreed to pay him his $25 and he brought the pieces back within 5 hours. He did not offer an apology but asked for his money before even off loading the luggage which my husband paid.
I am writing this review to make the $25 spent worth it. If he loses at least $25 in revenue due to this post then it will be money well spent.
