After lots of web research I bought a juicer off the Orangeonions website in June of this year.
After 1 use I realized I bought the wrong product and should return the blender. I referred back to the site for their return policy. It advised I print out a form "return authorization" fill it out and return with the product. I did all this and returned the juicer to the tune of $23.00 in early July. The site also advised that if you didn't return the merchandise within 10 days-I think it was-your refund would be delayed. Well I expected a delay because it was returned after 10 days. After several weeks I called re my refund and got 'Connie'. She said she would 'look into the delay', well I had that exact conversation with Connie 2 more times and got no call back, nothing as to why the refund delay. To this day I have spoken with Connie a total of 3x, left numerous messages when Connie doesn't answer the phone, emailed the sales office with my story/complaint couple times. (Their message says to leave a message and since customer service is their primary concern someone will get back to me within 2 business days.) I even contacted their Live Chat in hopes of getting someone to respond that way and the Live Chat never got back to me after the first question. Well, calls have been made since early July and OrangeOnions has the juicer back and I am out $119.00 for the juicer and $23 return shipping. I hope you can help me. Thank you.
