You can complain to the FCC online. They ripped me off as well. The only way to get the money back is to fill out FCC 2000F form online. Just threaten the company with the complaint to get the refund. Fill the form out anyway they need to be stopped. Even after you stop Orbit they may bill it through ESBI or if they are billing you Orbit Telecom may bill you directly. It may take a few months to get it strait. Tell your phone company that you did not authorize this as well.
