I first commented on a complaint about "Orbital Publishing Group" over three months ago. I didn't hear from them for a while; then about two weeks ago I got another bogus "offer" from them in the mail. Both offers were to magazines to which I currently subscribe. (HOW do they get this information?!)
Just today I received a THIRD offer. This time their name is "Publishers Billing Exchange"--but the address is still the same.
I've tried emailing them twice (no response or action, of course). Their listed website is a joke and so is their customer service line. Calling at any time of day, including their "business hours, " only leads to a long-winded automated voicemail message with instructions and then an additional message telling you that all customer service agents are busy--after stating that they're closed (if you're calling after business hours).
I'm tired of receiving their offers. I'm not sure what good this does because apparently some people still fall for this. Ugh. I'm sending back my offer stub with the "NO THANK YOU" box checked. Also wrote LIAR with a sharpie in the back of the stub. *raspberry*
