Keeping money for Interest
My concern is Orchard Bank debits my bank account and then I have to call them to get the amount applied to my account. On the 23rd of April 2009, the bank received a check from me in the amount of $160 that they have not applied to my aaccount, as of May 7, 2009. The bank said that it may take 15 to 30 days to get this posted to my account, remember this is May 7, 2009 approximately 18 days later. This is not the first time this has happened to me. It seems to me that the bank may be using customers funds to boost their bank balance and increase their earnings using customers money. If this were to be the case this would violate both federal and state banking laws. It most certainly would paint a better picture of the banks financial situation if this were to be the case. Customers should be compensated for the payments that have not been posted to their accounts in a timely manner. Why should the bank be allowed to treat customers in this manner. This situation needs to investigated by the proper authorities.

Phone list on the credit report website that is incorrect
I am having problems correcting the phone number that is on file with the reporting credit agencies. How can I correct this problem? and possible talk with a live person instead of getting the run around with voice mail. This is very fustrating.

Insurance for Credit Card
I was laid- off my job and submitted the documentation to activte coverage while I am unemployed, I was told I could receive coverage for 18months now they are saying I did'nt submit my documents in a timely manner, I am already in a situation that I have no control over and when it is time to need services for something you pay for they let you down. The sad part about all of this is I am one of those customers that paid my account every two wks and never late so what gives?

charged 49.60 to my account by Hudforeclosure co. without my authorization
both my personal bank account and a credit card account in my name were charged an amount of $49.60 on February 11, 2011 and I DID NOT! authorize these charges. I have notified both my bank and credit card company of these fraudulent charges, they are in disputing process.
I expect your company to credit this charge back to both my personal checking account with Middle Tennessee Federal Credit Union, Cookeville, Tennessee and Orchard Bank, the credit card company. I also see where there have been complaints made toward this company, Hudforeclosure recently. I will be watching for a credit to my accounts and expect you all to research this and give me all information regarding taking care of this urgent matter! Thank you. Peggy Rittenberry

Did not recieved master card
It has been weeks and I have not recieved, my master credit card.It has a limit of $300.00.They took out $39.95, From my bank of america account.Also the limit of $300.00 went down to $2oo.00, I have not used it yet, In fact I have not recieved it at all.Thats a big problem there.Thank you in advance if you could help me.Mr.Anibal [email protected]

emails
I am inundated with emails all day every day from this bank. Most go to spam but the overflow to my inbox is unbelievable. I have unsubscribed numerous times to not avail. I also made a complaint to the federal website. It's like Capitol One all over again. I cn't believe with all the complaints against this Bank that their practices continue.

unsolicited emails
Orchard Bank sends me several emails a day regarding my account with them and I never have had an account with them or never will. They also send emails simply to try to get me interested in their credit card. I have written them several times over the past few months, asking them to stop the emails. They always write back and say to be removed from their list I need to write them a letter with my name, address, telephone number, and signature. I then write back asking them "why would I supply you with even MORE information so you can harrass me with regular mail and calling too?!" They do not have a right to email to begin with, so no customer should have to write them anything and waste a stamp! Even though I tell them to remove me and that I will not write them, they just send the same email. There is nothing that can be done, as far as I know, regarding this company.

Avoid them
I have been living in Thailand for over 3 years. We came over here with an Orchard Bank credit card and told them we were moving here. After 2 weeks here, we tried to use the card and it was declined. Every single time we have tried to use it (over 30), it has been declined due to high security risk and we have to call so the transaction can go through. This is very inconvenient and the last time we tried, we called first and tried to pre-authorize the transaction we would be making in the next ten minutes and the rep said it would be fine. We used the card, declined again, and we called. They said we would have to wait an hour until the security department got in. That doesn't work when you are at a restaurant. This is absolutely the worst card I have ever had. I emailed customer service with this complaint and their response was to call Orchard Bank credit customer service, which I have done over 30 times. AVOID THIS CARD IF YOU PLAN ON USING IT OUTSIDE THE U.S. WORST INTERNATIONAL CARD EVER!!!
