I purchased your Flash Player (Download) on November 10th, 208, Order #23946455. The download process froze after 15%! I contacted your customer service on November 13th and was told that your technical people would send me instructions of how to download (by e-mail). They said I would recdeive that e-mail within 15 or twenty minutes. It has been over four hours and i have not received any such e-mail.
Please cancel my subscription ( 3 year VIP Membership and I extra Feature). Please refund the $49.96 and credit back to my credit card. please notify me by e-mail when this has taken place. Thank you.
