Credit card billed
I am getting a credit card bill for this product and am not being given a chance to decline the product. It has been going for the last couple of years. My email has changed so have no way of cancelling the product. How can I contact this company?

UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT CARD TRX
I was notified by phone of 2 charges to by debit card, asking if I authorized them. The charges were for $3.00 and $39.92, both listing "Pre-Auth PHONEBILLE9". This occured minutes after an authorized purchase from Nuance for a software program for voice recognition. FACT: I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED BY NUANCE OR ANYONE OF "PHONEE9" CHARGES. FACT: THESE 2 CHARGES WERE NEVER, NEVER AUTHORIZED, BUT YET SOMEHOW THEY GOT MY DEBIT CARD INFO. I DEMAND AN IMMEDIATE REFUND OF THESE ILLEGAL AND ILLEGITIMATE CHARGES IMMEDIATELY.

billed from something I did not order
I am being billed for something I never ordered! They drafted my checking acct. Don't know how they were able to do this since I have never heard of them nor have I ever purchased anything from them. This has caused me alot of trouble since I had to cancel the debit card that they unlawfully used. I've send them emails and only receive an electronic "script" email in return. There is no phone number to reach them. I want my money returned to me!!!

Charges to Credit Card
Need refund of charges to Credit Card for I assume a virus protection we no longer use. Amount ='s 44.95 Plus 49.95 = Total $94.90

fraud
I have discovered unauthorized charges on my checking account today10/28/09 for yesterday. They are for orderfind.com and DRI*KASPERSKY.COM . There were two charges both for $87.75 each. I have contacted my bank and am disputing the charges. I did make contact with KASPERSKY and inquired about the order number on my account and they have no record of it. They want me to fax the statement to them. Their site is full of complaints like this. I have not been able to get a number for orderfind.com yet. If anyone has figured this fraud out please post it. Also if anyone has a number for orderfind.com please post it. Good Luck to all.

have not received product
I have been charged $19.95 for a game that when I go to play it I am requested to buy it, which I already did and was billed for on 10/06/09. I'd like my monies back.
