SCAM
Do NOT order from orderoutdoors.com. They do not send merchandise. I believe that they are collecting credit card numbers only. I have emailed and they never responded or sent my merchandise. I thought I was ordering from Mag-Lite for a replacement part but it was from this shady company. Ordered product over a month ago and never received it plus I tried to contact them several times. This place is TERRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

SCAM!!!!!
Ordered tree stand parts. Got automated response witin a day. Then no other correspondence now for 3 weeks - only automated responses when I make email inquireies. No debit to my account yet - but have watch on. If anyone has additional info, a phone number, an address, etc. to contact these people please pass it on. I'd love to get a hold of them!!!

THEFT! take money, never send items!
Same complaint as the rest of you - ordered a ton of fishing lures for hubby...
after searching the internet for hours I found a really good deal on this stuff - the order was placed Sept. 28, got a confirmation email & order # - a week after nothing showing up I called, left msgs, sent emails and get no response...did a little research and find a msg board with nothing but complaints about this site and how they take ur money & never send your stuff - someone had posted the guys home # & address, so I called...at first he (john teague) was polite, apologetic, etc. said he'd get the stuff sent that day, that was Oct. 12 - so Oct. 22 rolls around and still nothing, so I start with the calls & emails again (but not calling his house) and still no reply...so today (11/4) I called his house again, first he answered and then said I couldn't speak with him & starts screaming "who the fuck is this?!?!" and I went off on him...again he promises to get the stuff sent out ASAP
There has to be something else we can do...this guy is nothing but a scammer & a theif!!!

No response-may be collecting credit card nos.
Order a bunch of fishing lures on 9/7/09 including credit card info and got an order confirmation within 24 hours. After one week I never received anything else from them. Numerous tries to call and write were and are non-responsive. So far - no charges to the credit card, but we have put a watch on it. An internet search shows their web service is in Canada BC, and the owner/president/whatever, is apparently a home address. The internet provider appears to be sleazy too - their terms of use has no restriction on using the site for bogus or illegal purposes.<br />

I am concerned that this is actually a phishing scheme to collect credit card numbers. Numerous other complaints on the web show that this company had not responded or shipped anything since at least 2007.<br />

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. PERIOD.

Scam and stealing
Ordered a replacement part for my hunting tree stand, a heat shrink replacement tube. Cost was only $9.95 and a total with shipping of $14.30. Ordered on Aug 9. Made numerous attempts to find out the status. At first they responded, apologizing and stating that they will ship the item out ASAP. Over the past month, they don't even respond to my inquiries. Everyone be aware of this company, as it seems to be nothing but a rip off.
