Bought a pair off what I thought was UGG boots on sale from OrderUGGS.com. When they arrived I noticed right off the quality was crappy. So I went to the real UGG boots site and called them . They told me what to look for and to go to their site under "What to look for in counterfeit UGGs. Well I had a pair of boots that had the same hang tag in the picture on their site for counterfeits.The boots that were shipped to me from OrderUGGS.com had fake fur inside, no padding inside boot for your foot, the sole is so hard you could't even bend it, there was no UGGs security tag inside and the stiching is the worst. After attempting many times to email this company, I have never gotten a response back. So I took the packing slip to a Chinese restaruant( the shipping address was in Chinese) and got them to translate it to English. I am now going to attempt to send the pieces of crap back. Not hoping for the best!

Recieved boots from this company and are of very poor quality. I called the real UGGS store and they told me they are counterfiet boots. They also showed what to look for on the counterfiet boots on the real UGGS site and I have exactly what they showed in the pictures. Iam trying to return the boots and had to take the shippung receipt to a Cjinese restaruant to get them to tell me what the shipping address is as it was in Chinese.
I have sent many emails and got no response.
