Wrong and used Merchandise
I ordered two "like new" remotes (with instructions) and an uncut chip Key for my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I got two obviously WELL used remotes (both worked, but one only if you are standing DIRECTLY by the drivers door), instructions that did not work with my year model, and the wrong chip key for my Jeep.
If you want to save your self the aggravation of dealing with these folks, you can buy used remotes from a junkyard, and the key blanks (with chip) do not cost any more from the dealer than what these people charge.
A good case of false representation.

Fraud
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a remote in Oct, 2010, was assured twice it was in shipping, finally cancelled the order three weeks later. In March, 2011, they shipped the remote. When I complained, they said to just refuse it from USPS, which I did. They billed my cc and when I disputed the payment, they sent a delivery receipt to my cc company signed by their own employee stating that I had received the remote. I then had to prove that THEY received the returned remote. Ridiculous!

Outright FRAUD
I order 2 remotes for a 1992 Cutlass Ciera for a friend of mine. After emailing the company to ask which remote was applicable for my car since I didn't see the one I was looking for he informed me of a numerical subsitution that would work and was in essence the same key. I got them quickly enough but opene the packages and knew I had gotten ripped off immediately as they were cleaned up muddy, water damaged used remotes with rust inside the units. I emailed them immediatley and asked for new ones to be mailed. No resposnes from phone calls and emails. For complaints please log onto www. azag.gov and ckick on "file a complaint" to submit an online complaint and get Arizona's attorney general to get involved and jail this thief !!! I only wish I had found this site before I ordered. Now I'm out $ 107. plus in trying to help out someone else. !

Restocking Fee
Received an email from Original Keyless on Jan 14, 2011 informing me of a refund for the supposedly new Keyless Remote ordered online Jan 1, 2011. I payed $49.99 plus $7.50 Shipping (Standard) & Handling. The refund was for $37.49. This is how they make their money. You order a new keyless remote;
they send you a used one; you return it ( costing you additional postage), and wham oh, you are charged a restocking fee. Stay away from this company. I will dispute this charge with my Credit Card Company.
They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this kind of bussiness practice!

Keyless Remote
Ordered a new Keyless Remote for a 1996 Buick Roadmaster Station Wagon on Jan 1, 2011 online. Received the remote Jan 6, 2011, and it appeared to be USED with a crack in the upper left cornor by th "Door" button. Tryed to activate it, but to no avail. Attempted to call Original Keyless on numerous occassions, but all you get is their voice mail. Sent them emails stating I had recently purchased a new one from the local dealer, and when their remote is placed against the new one you can definitely see the difference. There response was "Please note, we do test all remotes prior to shipment to ensure full function when received. All returns must be inspected and verified to be the original and complete item(s) shipped. (We do mark all circuit boards, button pads, and cases for verification)" This is false advertising. They charged me for a NEW one, but sent a NON-FUNCTIONAL USED one. Do not do business with this company.

Wrong Key - Restocking Fee
Even though I confirmed the remote would work with my year/make/model vehicle before ordering, they send me a well-used remote that does not even look like the one's the 2010 vehicles come with. Close, but not identical. Needless to say it would not work. Even the car dealer technicians tried with their computer, they told me flat out it is the wrong remote for my vehicle.
I send it back and Original Keyless credits my card back less 25% restocking, WTF? That is plain wrong, they sent me the wrong remote!
I'll let the credit card company gorillas have a go at these guys next.
Don't be fooled by "Original OEM" remote, likely you will get a used one.

liars and thieves
I never should have bought a remote from these hacks. They had the best price I could find online so I went with them.. The keyless remote came in reasonable time. It was beat up and obviously used, but I didn't care as it was no worse than the one I was replacing.
Issues began with the instructions they included. They were totally generic and had steps that weren't even possible with my model car. I jump online do another search and learn a dealer or service shop has to program my model with a computer. Not a huge deal, although I wish they'd told me this. Go to service center and they can't program the remote. It won't respond. Have to pay them anyway for their time. Go to another service place. Same result. So, I request a replacement and send it back to Original Keyless with delivery confirmation. They get it, or at least the tracking number says they do. I wait and I wait and I still don't get my replacement. I send three emails. No response. Finally I contact them through their website and receive a response that they never received my remote. Well, I don't have it. And the delivery confirmation says that it arrived at the address you told me to send it to. Most recently I sent one more polite email asking them to please send a replacement. No response thus far. Having spent $50 on the remote and another $50 at service shops attempting to program it, plus the postage to send it back and getting no where but being questioned and treated like crap, I'm more than frustrated. I recently found all sorts of complaints on this company and really regret my decision to trust them.

Fraud
I took the key you sent me for a Chrysler 300C to Huffines Chrysler dealership in Plano, TX
and they said the key would not program. They also said the sticker on the back that they
peeled off said JEEP! The dealership said the key would not program because it had bee used
and it can only be programmed once. I returned the key for a exchange and haven't received
a new key and it has been one month since I initiated my transaction. Don't use these crooks.

Got my remote control only after I tried to cancel my order
Ordered a remote control on line from what appeared to be a reputable company called Original Keyless . Payed $67.00 on line and waited for a month before the remote was delivered. When I tried to to call their number there was only a message machine which did not allow you to leave messages just told you to email them. Upon emailing them 3 times, I never got an answer. My last email stated that I wanted to cancel my order immediately THEN I finally got my remote control!

crook
This individual, not a company as it bills itself sells the wrong items and used items when they specify that they would be new. Refunds are a major hassel and not the amount paid. This guy is a crook!
