Products are a major disappointment!

I Wish I had found this website before I purchased my top-of-the-line, king-size mattress from OMF!

Like so many others who purchased from OMF, based on good reviews from Consumer Reports, I found my mattress with a huge ridge in the middle and deep indentations on either side within just a few months of purchase!

I have faithfully flipped and rotated that darn mattress exactly as the company suggested. It's been a year now, and my back is killing me every morning!

Based on so many other's failed attempts to receive help from OMF for the same problems, I have not even attempted to contact them. I don't need headaches in addition to the back pain.

Don't waste money

We purchased a king size premier pillowtop mattress set and within a year had huge indentations mid-way. Plus it was causing back aches. I e-mailed the company to complain - received a call from their rep - resulting in the company picking up our mattress, removing some padding, and returning it (this took 3 days with no mattress). It worked fine for 4 months and now the back aches have returned as have the dips in the mattress. We are currently looking for a replacement set. Will not consider original mattress company. Had a beautyrest prior and loved it - tried to buy local for economy purposes - will get another beautyrest and highly recommend this mattress!
