I should have googled about this company before I placed an order for a remote key for my 98 Volvo. It has been more than three weeks since I placed the order and I still have not received the product. This has never been the case with other online companies. This company uses US post service and wants customers to track the shipment themselves. The post office has not indicated that they ever pickup the product from this company and yet the company said in the e-mail that the product has been shipped. I am afraid that I have become another victim of this crook. Is there any legal way to get rid of this company from the internet?

Please never ever trust Originalkeyless.com. if you would like to buy auto remote (car remote or keyless entry) anyway.

1) There is no confirmation # or tracking option for the delivery.
2) Delivery overly delays and customer service never answers the phone.
3) They send USED car remote.
4) The only thing he provides by email under name "Nicole" or "Anna" is to show USPS Postage Label, which does not confirm that your product is actually shipped on time or not at all.
