No delivery
Well I guess I joined the "I got screwed by OriginalKeyless.com club". I ordered a keyless entry remote for my 97 Volvo and after they deducted the money from my checking account and numerous E-mail correspondence and promises that the order was shipped the correspondece stopped and I'm getting no answer from the company. I know they are reading my E-mails to them as I can check the status of the E-mails. I just filed a Mail Fraud Complaint with the Postal Inspectors, I gave them a copy of an E-mail where OriginalKeyless stated that they shipped my order via the USPS. Know I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bereau. Wish I checked here first before I ordered from them...

crooks
What they don't tell you is... they sell used key fobs, not new. The one I received for my Jetta was so used that the embossed design on the rubber buttons was worn flat. The flip-out key was already cut for the prior owner's car. By the time I bought a new key blank, had it cut and had the remote programmed, I could have bought the whole kit and kaboodle from the dealer (and gotten a new product instead of an ugly old piece of crap).
When I wrote to them (multiple times) to request a refund, no reply. I even shipped the product back to them. No refund.
I have done some additional research and found other sites that sell new replacement remote fobs for about the same price. Don't be tricked into buying a used remote from these crooks.

product doesn't work
I ordered a "new Beetle Keyless Remote on Dec 3 2008. Didn't receive it until mid January after numerous inquiries. It does not work despite following all directions etc. Now I get no response to my numerous e-mails asking for a replacement or refund. I am very dissatisfied with this company and feel I have been ripped off.

fraud
Paid for but never received keyless remote. Company response is that my order was shipped, but I needed to wait 3 weeks. It has been 30 days and all I have is the tracking number. The problem is a tracking number can be printed using a shipping account such as Endicia or Dazzle but the product does not actually have to be shipped. So here is my theory...1. They didn't have it in stock but they print the label anyway and hope it comes in. 2. They don't actually carry their inventory but have it dropshipped by someone else and their dropshipper did not have it in stock. 3. They never intended to ship the product and are just collecting payments. It is unfortunate that these companies are allowed to continue as they give bad names to the internet companies that actually do provide goods and services in a timely manner to their consumers. I have reported this company to the Arizona BBB using their online complaint system. You should also file a complaint to the BBB and the State of Arizona Attorney General. You can also file a complaint with the companies webhost Godaddy.com. If enough complaints are filed the Attorney General can file a cease and desist order against the company from doing business.

unfulfilled order
I ordered a replacement remote for my 02 Mazda Millenia on Dec 20, 2008. They continually say it is a problem with the USPS being slow. I tried to call them and just got a voicemail. I have now requested a full refund as my card was charged the same day as my order was placed.

Remote Control for a Honda Accord
They advertise online and ship a non working used door remote control for a Honda Accord. After item was returned they declined to exchange or refund. A beatup /abused remote is what they sell for a Full price and even then NOT a working one at that. This company IS a scam and avoid by all means.

Fraudulent business
I ordered a keyless remote for my Honda CRV a month ago. My credit card was charged and I received an email that the product was mailed via USPS 1st Class. Nothing has been delivered. All attempts to phone them just get an answering machine stating "all of our techs are out of the office or assisting other customers" with no option to leave a message and with instructions to email them. All emails to them go unacknowledged. They imply, on their faq page, that any delivery problems are due to Postal Service mishandling. After searching their name I realized that I was not alone in being a victim of their theft - they don't intend to deliver any product, just charge for it. I came across their dot-com doing a Google search for keyless remotes and they were a "sponsored link". Google accepts feedback about their advertisers and I fed back my dissatisfaction and provided Google with their own search results for "originalkeyless complaints". I also filed a complaint with the Phoenix Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General Office and I filed a mail fraud complaint with the USPS. I sent copies of all of the above to OriginalKeyless as an FYI and requested that they cancel my order and refund my money. Needless to say they have not responded. I encourage anyone else who has had a similar experience with them to file similar complaints and I encourage anyone considering purchasing from them to avoid being an Original-Clueless as I was.
