My truck has been there for every oil change and all maintence including the very first visit about front end trouble they had always been good to me but they had recall on AC and the front end was still making the same noise it was when I bought it. I brought it to their attn every visit but got mad at me so they told not to come back because I didnt want to drive a nasty car when mine is new and the one they brought was so gross and nasty it smeeled like a trash truck and I refused to drive it so now Im not allowed to come back . I also lost my free Oil change because after 5 u get 1 free at 50.00 a pop but they ripped me off on that and cant take it back because I told them I was sick and tired of the crap same problem and a 1 hr drive everyy time. I would never buy another car from a rude owner named Jayson Orr he was the one who said I threatened him when I never did. He avoided all calls until I said I would hold until closing time if I had to to get my point made and he didnt like that he called it a threat I call it he sold me a LEMON with front end and ac trouble my opinion
