ortel is very bad service provider
1) Service is pathetic. customer care does not take phone call after ringing 10-12 times or numbers are always engaged.
2) Daily there is no cable or broadband connection at least 4-5 hours.
3) Broadband speed varies always sometime comes down below broadband limit.
4) Poor service - Whenever there is any technical faults, it gets rectified not before 2 days
5) Customer service number is not accessible, always seems to be busy or engaged.
6) Poor response - We do not get proper feedback/communication from your customer care if there is any changes or in case of any problem
