I contacted after-sales in Feb 08 re faulty mattress still under warranty.
We heard nothing for several weeks, then I got text to confirm delivery on certain date. That morning, after time taken off work, they rang informing it was "out of stock"!
Re-delivery arranged. Husband due to be working locally so gave Customer Services his details stating that all calls, must be directed to him. On that morning, I received a call, saying our mattress had been "lost", therefore wouldn't be arriving. Husband later received call from the driver at our house but no-one home! My husband informed the driver that Bensons had cancelled but could be there in 20 minutes. Driver wouldn't wait.
Re-delivery arranged, but when I rang to confirm nothing on system. "Re-ordered" but had to write to find out what happening. Promised new mattress 3 weeks from end of May but we still don't have it!
