I placed an order for 1 Bottle of Orviax (30 capsules) on the 27th of March 2011. I received an e-mail from the Company on the 28th of March 2011, stating that my order number is 470000131 and the date ordered to be 28th March 2011. It also said that all orders will be shipped within 24 hours. I received another e-mail on the same date stating that my order has been shipped. My credit card was debited by an amount of R529.13
I never received the product.
On the 10th of April 2011 I received an e-mail stating that they ensure delivery of Orviax and that the delivery is 100% gauranteed. This seemed to be a standard e-mail which is sent to everybody. I received exactly the same e-mail on the 4th and the 6th of May after trying to follow up several times about my product not having been delivered. Their e-mail address is [email protected]
I also phoned their number (010 500 3994) which appears on their website, but my complaint did not result in a delivery.
Up to now I am still waiting for my delivery.
I know of other people that have had the same bad experience.
