The website is fine, but the Alliance is a rip-off. They are supposed to negotiate lower home heating oil prices with area vendors and/or get deals for pre-buy prices. They only offered the pre-buy oil to new members and stuck us with the same oil company we had had the prior year. As it turns out, we are paying MORE than the company's cash price for oil. And they have the nerve to put on their website that these customers are paying .69 cents less than market price. Stay away from them and if you are a member, don't renew with them. You're only putting $25 in their pocket for nothing. You can do better on your own.
