This office has some of the worst nurses I have ever seen. I took my son there for the first 18 months of his life. Out of the 20 different nurses I met, only 2 of them are nice enough to the point where you would want to come back. We had an appointment and after waiting 30 minutes to get into a room, we had to wait another hour. At this time my son was 18 months old. He was wearing only his diaper and a pair of socks. There was no window, no fan and of course the door had to be closed, so needless to say in the middle of July is was extremely HOT. After our 1.5 hour long wait, I stepped out of the room to ask how much longer we would have to wait. I was rudely told, the doctor was busy I could reschedule if I wanted. After already dedicating 2 hours (half hour drive also) of my day for an appointment that should have taken less than an hour i refused to reschedule and possibly have that happen again. Once the doctor (HERNANDEZ if you wanna know) finally came into the room she was unprofessional. She was a new doctor at the office, so this was our first time meeting her. I had to put my hand out and introduce myself to her and had to basically ask her what her name was. Then she stuck her head in her computer for another 30 minutes and basically said my son was healthly. NO GROWTH CHARTS, nothing. Then she wanted me to go downstairs and wait another hour for a lead test to be done. DONT ever take your babies here. The nurses behind the reception desk are the most rude i have ever seen. Never smile, never say thank you, and could care less if they see you child again. If you work in a pediatrics office, and you are going to be around children and mothers all day, the least you could do is be nice. Those bitchy nurses need to work in a place where they don't have to deal with the public. Doctor Dumitrescue isnt any better.
