I went to American Freight in Feb 2010 and purchased over 2, 000 worth of furniture. I explained to the Manager Jesse that i wasnt moving into my apartment until March 1 2010 he said thats fine they would hold my items and deliver everything on March 1. The day comes that my furniture is gonna be delivered they dont come until 10:30pm to deliver and then the delivery guys are watching my TV instead of bringing my furniture in. After they finally brought it in i noticed i didnt get any of my bed rails for the 3 beds i purchased or my ottoman. The delivery guy said he would deliver the next day which he did but not the ottomon. I called the store just to be told that i had put my furniture on lay a way so they sold it. I spoke to the manager Jesse and explained to him i did not put anything on layaway i paid cash all at once which means they sold it after i paid for it. After waiting for weeks for it to be delivered and after several phone calls telling me they didnt know when it would come in and i couldnt get a refund the manager Jesse tells me i can get a refund and it will take up to 15business day never the less this was April 12, 2010 it is now May 14, 2010 and still no refund. Shannon called May 10, 2010 and told me she would call me back the following day once she found out what was going on with my refund its not Friday and no phone call.
