In regards to the Great Canadian Pet-Tacular Contest. I came in second place & would like to put in a protest . The first place winner that they selected did not come in first by the rules they posted. the winners where not announced until Nov 04/09. I know its only a difference of $250 but I think the judging where not fairly done.

I will be putting in a protest to wherever I can unless this situation is looked into.

There is clearly a difference

IT CLEARLY SAYS IN THE RULES --

Highest average rating --(1st place got 4.77/5 / 200 -2nd place 4.84/5/160 )

Number of Views----------(1st place got 526--2nd place 1658)

Comments posted --------(1st place got 21 --2nd place 66)

I know the rules state highest average rating but #1 video rating says 4.77/5 (200 vote)
My video rating says-- 4.84/5 (160 votes )

. How can a video with only a 4.77 get 200 votes & one with 4.84 get 160votes
.. The 1st place video has a tip of the 5 star missing so where did this voting number come from ??

PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW This is possible ??? Is it because the judging was done in Quebec & the winner comes from Quebec??
