On the out of africa website it tells you that the admissions and ticketing area closes at 4pm. What it doesnt tell you is how rude and dismissive the staff AND management is at the admissions booth. After driving over 2 a half hours (one hour stuck in traffic) we arrived at 3:11 pm. At that time we were dismissively told that we missed half of the carnivore feeding tour (that STARTS at 3pm) and if we wanted we could walk up the back way and catch up with them. But doing that we would risk missing the 4pm ride into the Senergeti area at 4pm. We asked if they could wait and they repiled "no". Even at that time they expected us to pay full price 28 dollars a person for only a one hour experience!

I told them on their website it says that admissions closes at 4pm not that you would get to DO ONE THING at 3pm. I told them their website was misleading and it should be changed, that its misleading. And their lack of communication caused us to waste 2 tanks of gas, and 4 and a half hours of driving. At that time they offered us half off or suggested we come back tommorrow (A Monday?!?) When I told them about a traffic accident that cause us to god forbid have us be eleven minutes late thusly missing the carnivore experience by HALF! She made a joke at my expense saying she (THE MANAGER) should change the website to say if a tractor trailer flips over there will be nothing to do... Very rude! Dont visit out of africa. All they care about is getting their admission price out of you, and about them getting home in a timely manner!!
