This company advertises itself as a landscaping service, but they are also subcontractors who conduct maintenance in tenants apartments for Mathers Realty, which is a brokerage real estate company here in Las Cruces. On one morning when I left my apt. to run errands, I returned early in the afternoon on that day, and was horrified with what I had seen when I entered my apartment. First of all, my expensive Howard Miller grandfather clock was moved from the position I had it, and it was pushed against the wall and was not functioning. Then to top it off, I had a dvd/cd collection in a box in my living room, and discovered that they took 2 dvd's and 2 cd's valued at $65 out of the box. Then to make matters worse, Mathers Realty never gave me the proper 24 hr. notice to enter my apt. to make repairs within my apt. that was done by these 2 men (one who is the owner of the company). As a result, I was victimized not only as a tenant from this brokerage real estate company for not giving me the proper 24 hr. notice, but also by these thieves (subcontractors) who took my personal belongings and tampered with my furniture. CAVEAT EMPTOR - Beware of this landscaping company, and stay far away from them!!! They are nothing but malicious deceptive thieves who should be behind bars for their criminal activity that they done against me, and probably other victims here in Las Cruces!
