Money not returned
I too placed an order on 12/11/09 and got an email stating order had been cancelled on 12/15/09. I have emailed them several times and tried to call. Was getting a voicemail now it just rings. I did put a complaint into the BBB of Georgia. Maybe we could all go in and do a class action.

FRAUD
I TOO HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY THIS SCUMBAG COMPANY. AFTER SEVERAL E-MAILS AND MESSAGES I STARTED RESEARCHING THIS COMPANY AND FOUND ALL OF YOU. I IMMEDIATELY FILLED OUT THE FORM ON THE BBB WEBSITE AND SHORTLY RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM O.H. STATING THEY WERE SORRY THEY HAD TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED TO MY CARD. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY WERE WELL AWARE OF THESE SCUMBAGS. THEY IMMEDIATELY ISSUED CREDIT TO MY CARD WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I FEEL BAD FOR ANYONE WHO HAD THE FUNDS DEBITED FROM THEIR CHECKING OR SAVINGS. HOW CAN THIS BE LEGAL. LETS SHUT THESE SCUMBAGS DOWN...WHERE DO I SIGN.

No boots---no refund
I ordered Bates boots on 10-23-2009, . After 3 weeks I contacted them. Thery never answer emails or phone bmessages. After a week of calling I actually talked to a woman who said the boots werte backordered. After another 30 days I emailed Bates to see if they really were backordered. Bates told me to cancel the order as they have trouble with this vendor. I have been trying to cancel order now for 2 days.

No Customer Service
I ordered a pair of boots on 11/23/09 as of 12/15/09 they have not been shipped I have called and the only thing you get is a recording, I have emailed and still no response. The calls and emails have been every day since 11/28/09. Yet on 11/23/09 they were certainly quick to take the money out of my account for these boots. Now I have to go through all the nonsense of concelling this payment with my bank. I should have checked them out prior to ordering from them.

Refund resolved by GA BBB
I only had to wait three days after visiting the GA BBB website to obtain a full refund for the boots I ordered on 11/8/09. I wasted a lot of time calling Outdoor HQ's as well as their other phony company phone lines. Stop wasting your efforts. Go directly to www.columbus-ga.bbb.org and register your complaint today! GOOD LUCK!!!

Liars
After contacting the BBB of Georgia via email (they have an easy form to fill out on their website), I finally received an email shortly thereafter from Outdoor Headquarters stating that they were issuing a credit to my card for the full amount. That was two days ago, and I have yet to see the money appear...I will give them another day, then I'll start raising hell again. The owner states the reason for the delay in communications/shipping is because they are so backlogged with orders they cannot fill them fast enough!!! That is total BS, as you all know who have had the misfortune to order from these horrible people. If you read my previous complaint, you know what a pack of lies they dish out and to what evasive lengths they will go to in order to keep your money! I urge all of you to write the BBB of Georgia about them, and if that doesn't work, get the Attorney General, FTC, & Dept. of Consumer Affairs on it!!! They must be stopped ! You are not powerless..fight these bastards! I will take this as far as I can and as high as I can go until I see their website shut down!

I too am one of the victims of these dishonest scumbags. I ordered a pair of boots from them on November 9 . and only after my many emails to them went unanswered, did I bother calling their customer service line..only to be directed to a voice mail box by a very smooth professional sounding voice...when I got there it was full, as it has been every single day for two weeks! I tried calling their sister company, Home Headquarters-also in Blakely, and it was the same deal all over again! I did some detective work, and found that this, as well as Outdoor Headquarters, was owned by BSLR Enterprises...when I phoned them...their line was no longer in service!!! I called the owners on their home phone, and they very rudely told me they had never heard of Outdoor Headquarters! I finally got in touch with the BBB & today got an email from them.

Rocky Boots
I ordered Rocky Boots on 11-9-2009, and still have not received them. I placed numerous phone calls and send many e-mails - with no response from Outdoor Headquarters. Do not do business with this company.
