never rec'd a pair of durango boots ordered 10-11-09
I originally ordered a pair of durango boots on 10-11-09. After they didn't arrive as expected I emailed the company. They responded and said the boots were backordered and would ship out on 10-29-09. I sent another email on 11-09-09 when this date came and went. They replyed that the backorder was extended to 11-13-09. Hearing nothing I again emailed on 11-29-09 asking them to cancel the order and refund my visa. No responce. On 11-30-09 I called the 800 number only to get an answering machine. Left a message explaining I was cancelling the order and to please call me or email me to let me know they got my messages. I sent another email on 11-30-09. Still have not received a call or an email from the company. My credit card was charged the full amount $81.99 on 10-11-09. My order number is #120373

Customer Service
This is the WORST company that you could possibly do business with. I ordered a pair of boots OVER a month ago and I still have not recieved them. I have called AND emailed COUNTLESS times, with no answer to my emails, and I ALWAYS get a recording and no call back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, FOR AMY REASON.

The WORST Customer Service
The SINGLE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with. They do not answer the phone when you call, and they do not respond to e-mails either. They do not inform you of changes or delays in your order. If you are fortunate enough to speak to a customer service representative, they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Do NOT give this AWFUL company your business!

Terrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Danner gave them a credit so that they would give me a refund, and they refused. I talked to an extremely rude man who told me that he would charge me 50% to "restock". Not only was he extremely rude/uncooperative/loud, HE WAS THE OWNER. I asked to speak to someone who could speak to me more nicely, he told me no one else could help me, he was the owner. He proceeded to hang up on me. There are many other stores out there. Cabelas for example has always been helpful.
