After viewing ALL of the complaints about Outlet Nutrition, it appears the same thing happened to me. I tried several times to contact the company via e-mail and phone to no avail. This company has blatantly absconded money from innocent folks just trying to stay healthy. In my case, it was $61.37.

I would appreciate some feedback on getting my money back and who to go to for this info.

I had been unable to get my order shipped and after a couple months, I managed to get them to agree to refund my money. They did not do so. Now I have no products and no money. They are a huge scam! Don't place any orders, they should be shut down.

A number of us in Australia and many in the US, ordered and paid for Health Products from this company, since January 2009. They did not deliver products, when questioned by email they stated there was a problem with obtaining Stock, and all orders were placed on Back Order. The orders have never arrived and now their web site is closed. They said on their web site that they had been in business since 1989. Are they crooks and Scam Merchants.

Having read and reviewed many of the voiced opinions, comments, and such here, I feel that I ought to say something as well.

For longer that a year, I ordered and received EVERYthing I ordered from Outlet Nutrition and then some, and, although you can order most of the products from the originating company, usually the prices were much higher from them, so, I have often wondered how Outlet could charge much less.

Then, the end of April, I ordered over $100 worth of stuff and, although Outlet sent me a Confirmation of my order, I did NOT get my order --- however at that point I was not yet very concerned. But, on the 2nd of May, I did another order for nearly $200 worth of items, and, e-mailed them to know why I had not received my end-of-April order --- YOU GUESSED IT - they informed me it was on "back order" and it would be sent by the 15th of May.

The 15th of May came and went, and, by then I filed a complaint with the Atlanta B.B.B. which meritted me zilch. I, also, found out some of the same things many of you others have discovered about who their attorney is and so forth.

Then, in the beginning of June, I had had it, so, I called my bank offices of Fraud Dealings and now my bank is investigating it.

I do not know who of you has which bank, but, my bank is Wells Fargo, and, when Wells Fargo investigates, their findings are turned over to the FBI, so, in this case the owners of Outlet Nutrition will end up being on the FBI's MOST WANTED list I'm sure.

Did I get my money back? Wells Fargo has reimbursed me and will get THEIR money via my reimbursement FROM the FBI's MOST WANTED Outlet Nutrition owners --- and, maybe their attorney as well.

I have dealt with this company since March 2005 and been satisfied UNTIL my last order placed online on 4/12/2009.

I ordered for my mom 3 Liquid Calcium pills for a total of $59.35 and never received the order which was billed to my mom's Visa card and paid for.

I have called the number on the website 866.846.630 and it says the number 610.831.1560 has been disconnected. Strange message when the number I dailed was not 610 one but the 866 one listed above.

When I dialed the 770.904.0633 number, I did get through until today. Previously, the voice mail said dial extention 108 for customer service. When you dialed the number, the voice mail said the mailbox was full.

Today when I dialed 700.904.0633, the line was continuously busy.

Today, I couldn't locate the website online.

Seems there are numerous complains on your webiste about this company.

What steps can be taken to get our money back?
