Never got order
I placed an order with this company in February and got only part of my order. They took the entire amount out of my bank account and only sent me 1 part of my order. I complained several times and every time they told me the items were backordered. The last time they said they would send me a coupon for 5% off my next order... Yeah like I was really going to order from these guys again. Here it is mid-June and I can't contact them anymore. I guess I'm screwed.

order no received
i order the 13 january 2009 and never received my order.
contact them the 30 march 2009 and they tell me they delay my order for the 15 april 2009.
since: nothing and they don't response to my mail.
the website is off now.
i think my money is lost and this company is bankrupt

I too have not received my order either. Luckily I paid by Paypal and they are trying to retrieve my money

Ordered, not received
I ordered 7 products on Feb 1, 09 (totaling $83.31), but as of May 16 haven't received anything from the order. They initially told me they'd back ordered the products, but then disappeared from the face of the earth. I hope the credit card company can do some good refunding the purchase price . . .

Order never recieved
I placed an order with them on 18/12/08. Till date (16/05/09) I have not recieved it. I have send them repeated reminders. They replied on two occasions saying that they dont have it in stock and will ship upon its arrival. But no sign of anything so far. My point is if they dont have item in stock why they have charged aty the time of placing order. I have also seen that many people are facing the same issue. There are about 4 similar complains on this forum against outletnutrition. So my advice to anyone trying to purcahse anything from outletnutrition is STAY AWAY. THEY ARE EITHER A CHEAT OR EXTREMELY MISMANAGED COMPANY. SO DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

CC billed no product sent
I ordered something on 3/16/09 and my credit card was billed. The product was backordered until 04/16/09 I was told. Nothing sent. Contacted them and they said the new ship date is 5/06/09. I asked for a refund and they hung up on me. Stay away from these scammers. A legit business would charge your CC when the product ships not before!

This company is a fraud. According to the Better Business Bureau they have been registered in Georgia, but are now located in Pennsylvania, no doubt trying to stay one step ahead of the law. I got no response to email queries regarding the status of an order for which they had already taken my money. Maybe it's on backorder, maybe not. I don't think they have any actual merchandise for sale. The alleged back order status seems to be their M.O. according to other complaints against them on this and other sites.
When I was actually able to connect with a person on the phone she was just there to "direct the calls" but my calls were not directed anywhere I was just put on permahold. When I tried to cancel the order and have my money refunded I was told I have to give them the CVV number on my credit card in order to process my refund. The CVV number is the 3 digit security code used for verification. I have never been asked for this number when returning/canceling an order from legitimate online merchants. In fact, according to my credit card company a CVV number is not and should never be required for a refund. I filed a dispute with my card company and even if I don't see the $19 charge refunded I would be satisfied to know this company will no longer be in business. My advice: Don't wait for your product or refund to show up. File a dispute with your CC company or Paypal right awaynd definitely complain to the BBB of Georgia and Pennsylvania because this company should be shut down.

suspicious business practice
I placed an order in the amount of $64.73 + $9.47 for shipping on March 17, 2009. After nearly a week my order had not been shipped so I called Outlet Nutrition and was unable to get through to anyone. Both the Customer Service and the Operator extensions were full and unable to receive messages. I decided to call my bank. I was told my credit card had been charged two days after I placed my order and that I would have to wait 30 days before contesting the transaction to have the charges reversed. I also learned the merchant phone number given to the bank associated with the charge but when I called it (610-970-5070) it had been disconnected!
I decided to try to contact Outlet Nutrition again and got the same results--full mailboxes. I then tried dialing random extension numbers to see if I could reach someone. I succeeded to reach the voicemail boxes of four people and left messages for them to return my call. Surprisingly about an hour later I received a call from someone named Chris Ingrahm who sounded quite concerned about my complaint and said he would call me back in about an hour while he investigated the situation. He also remarked about my having placed five orders in the past and sounded regretful that I was having an issue with this order. He didn't call back but did send me an email telling me it would take him 48 HOURS to resolve the problem! Same old story as what you hear when you call the initial Customer Service (866) number!
It seems there is no satisfactory recourse to resolving this. I don't want to cancel my order via email because I fear I may never recover my money. My choice right now is to wait the 30 days and then initiate a transaction dispute with my bank.
I have never experienced this unhappy and disturbing fraudulent practice before and I will be very, very cautious in the future about ordering--even with companies I have ordered from in the past.
OUTLET NUTRITION needs to be exposed and held accountable for their fraudulent business practice since October 2008. I plan to contact FTC today.
