short changed on order
Thanks to everyone for taking the time to post a complaint about this company. I also ordered from them in late 2008 and did not receive several products that I ordered. I got my money back, but did not get refunded for the shipping charge that was appropriate to the larger order.
If you are looking for a reputable site with natural products, try www.internatural.com

No product/No refund
Outletnutrtion.com order placed in January, credit card charged immediately. No product ever arrived. Requested a refund via email - was told to call with my credit card number. No one answers the phone number given - no one replies to my emails since.

Scam charges
I placed order ( total $88.31) on January 2009. Never get my order or money back. Sent a lot of e-mail, left messages by phone. Didn't get any explanations or answer. But after my first mail now I receive every day Real Estate junk offering. Somebody from Outletnutrition sold my mail address.

Never Received Order
I placed an order with the mentioned website after finding what I needed thru Google on May 5. 2009. I have yet to receive my order, they have not responded to numerous email attempts and now the website is no longer up. I would like to thank the SCUM that took my money. I suggest that water boarding your ass would be appropriate.

no shipment no refund
outletnutrition.com will ship first order, on second order tries to pull time, saying that item is on back order, says that until it is too late to charge back with paypal or credit card. Consumer does not suspect scam until they stop replying to emails. otherwise they reply and assure that product will ship in 2 weeks and then another 2 weeks etc. FRAUD should be shut down.

Never Received Completed Order
I placed an order on 5/7/09 and only received a partial order. After checking my tracking number and seeing that my order was complete, I made numerous attempts to contact them via phone over several days. Their phone (866-846-6300) re-loops you in their voice mail telling you that all voice mail boxes are full and to email them. Upon emailing them several times, it gets rejected. I contacted my credit card company and they gave me two other phone #'s to call in the 610 area code, both of which are "disconnected and no further information is available."
I also attempted to phone the company on the partial item I received and it does not match the item on the label...so who knows what you are actually getting in your product or if it is safe!
This company is a scam!!! This company should be investigated further and shut down. I encourage everyone to report any problems they have to help shut down this scam.

Never Received order
I made an order back on 3/19/09 and finally decided to email them mid april. They said my order was back ordered and that I would get it by the 3rd week of april. It is now May 10th and I have sent 3 more emails without any replies. I have tried calling at least 3 times and got the message that they are back ordered and to email them. I decided to try to talk to someone and all I get is this mail box is full. I have tried the 2 extensions list on their phone service as well as "0" and a few random number that should fall within their extensions. This is the 2nd time I have tried to use them. They took almost a month for 1 bottle of vitamins to be shipped, to me.

No refund or replacement
I placed an order way back in January for several items. It was taking a while for my stuff to ship. Eleven days after I ordered I called them. They told me they had sent me an email telling me one of my items was backordered. They said they could mail the other stuff and then ship the backordered item when it came in. So I agreed. The other stuff arrived and I thought it was okay. Several days later I went to use one of the products and the bottle was completely empty. It had been sealed that way. I guess that wasn't their fault. It probably that way from the manufacturer. So I called them back and they promised to send me a replacement free of charge. I also requested a refund on the backordered item because they still did not have it and it was something i needed very soon. As of today nearly three months after I initially placed an order I have not received a refund or the replacement. The last correspondence I had with them was March 24. I called and they sent an email telling me I would get a response within 24 hours as to why I did not have my refund. Well, I have not heard anything since then. I don't care if they do have the lowest prices. They are unprofessional. I guess I lost $68. I will never shop with them again.

never received order
Another complaint about this company. Ordered products that a child needs, and I haven't seen hide nor hair of it. I placed my order on March 7/09..today is April 9..and no order. Have phoned the toll free number, got same message as everyone "emails will be answered within 48 hours" No person/no indication of back orders..nothing. I've emailed them 4 times already and no answer. The only email they sent me was a survey to rate their company and would I order from them again. I have 2 of them..too funny.
The funny thing is, I've ordered from this company quite a few times in the past, and I have always gotten my order in a timely fashion. They seem to be real fast to get their money the very second that the order has been placed, tho. I ordered/payed thru paypal, so by the sound of it I should get in touch with them and see what I can do regarding a refund??
Another irate customer/sucker :(

They are THIEVES!!!
OutletNutrition.com - THIEVES! I placed my order they took my money immediately. I waited weeks to contact them to get a status. I was told my items were backordered. I tried AGAIN to contact them...via phone and email - never getting another response. I also contacted YAHOO stores (they promote OutletNutrition) - Yahoo claimed they contacted someone there and I should be contacted soon. All LIES!
My purchase was for only $60...but PLEASE can anyone afford to lose money in this economy! THIEVES!! I also blame Yahoo Stores - they are representing fraudulent companies.
I'm going to contact my credit card company and see if anything can be done that way. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
