So yourself a favor and do NOT do business with this company. Their customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! You simply cannot get through on their phone lines, the voice mesaage you eventually get put through to is always full, making it impossible to leave a message. The voice message that you get infomras you to send an email and it wil be answeredwithing 48 hours, my email inquiry took over a week and they didn't answer my question.
After hours of trying to find out where my order that I placed over a week agao was, I finlaly spoke with a person named "Shery" who claimed to be the Customer Service Manager. She attempted to put me back in the endless loop I describe above, when I told her that the voice message was full and I coudn't reach anyone in 5 attempts, she became extremely sarcastic, condescending and rude. It's 5 days later and the voice message they prompt you too (X108) is still full, leaving customers unable to check the status of orders.
Finally, in my case the items I ordered online is backorderd, yet they took my $, never totld me it was backordered, couldn't confirm exactly when it would be in stock and since I then cancelled the order, they informed me it will take 5-10 days before I receive credit for the order.
