I submitted an order. About a month later someone called me and told me about a significant backlog of orders and it would take a while for my order to be processed. About a month after that, someone called me and told me that my order was sent to the wrong address and I was likely to receive someone else's order. That never happened. I called and left a message. No response. I called a week later. Mailbox was full. I sent at least three emails to customer service. No response. Today I see their website is down.
My credit card was charged.
