Placed order in Novermber 2009 waited approximately eight (8) months when the incorrect item arrived. Returned the incorrect item and Outpost Flags never gave credit nor sent correct item, as of this date September 2010. Attempted to e-mail and telephone - no reply. Outpost Flags will not answer their telephone, moreover their mail box is continually "filled" whereby you are redirected to another number which is promptly not answered.
Have attempted to settle for a credit or, of course, the correct item. However, all attempts to resolve the problem have been met with silance. It seems to me that by not providing my PayPal account the credit due nor sending the correct item is a rather unfair trading pratice.
