We order the outside Banner and requested that the material should be 550g ~ 38s per square meter based on their quotation.

So we want to see how is their printing quality and we order some samples based on our requirement. On the samples order, seem the quality of printing and the material is OK. But the material still not
meet 550g per square meter(banner size is 1 m x 3 m), but we still can accept it. (please see the photo)

Then we place an official order to them, we are very angry when we receive the goods from them. The qualtity is Totally different and the printing is very bad and dirty. But we already paid them full payment. The meterial is only 322g per square meter (banner size is 1m x 2m). please see the photo. And the eyelet size is big different also. Much small than the samples order.

They are cheating on us, they made samples is OK, and then they will cheating on us when we place an new order. Now, we loss at least €3000 on that company, because they don't want to make the new one and shouting to us.

Please don't order anything from that printing factory (Golden Beauty Screen Printing and Makings Co., Ltd.),

We feel it is our duty to inform all the importers abut this kind of behaviour. And we also will inform the Chinese authorities and hope they can stop this illegal way of doing business with foreign companies. It is very bad publicity for China and its companies.
