Bank Of America, has a very abusive over draft system.
There has been numerous times of unauthorized charges to my ATM by the same stupid companies, Red Box and DVD play.
I'm not talking change here I'm Talking $30, $70, $50, I know the routine with bank of America you are responsible to contact the merchant before bank of America can help you get your money back.
After contacting the merchant if there's not a resolution then you contact Bank of America and deal with the Ignorants that may help you.

The reason Bank of America's policy is that the consumer contacts the merchant for any unauthorized charges :
any fees caused by the unauthorized transaction wont be credit to the account, unless the consumer calls Bank of america to inform them the credit received was from an unauthorized transaction.

what gets to me is that this Idiots don't call you to tell you we are going to take 7 over draft fees of $35 each.

I was give provisional I send the afterdavitt on all the claims 2 times. the credit was taken back I was not aware, I used my card 5 additional fees were added to my account.

I called the bank and after explaining my self 3 times I was transfered to the fraud department again I was told that they never received the documents for the claims.
I decided to go to the bank have the papers fax ther and faxem back. I was told that it may take a few hours because they had to prepare the documents. finally they got faxed and I send them back.
It has been 1 month, a total of $900 have been taken from my account. how can this ass holes get away with so much. I can send documents if needed .
