Hello, Can anyone confirm if this international on-line lottery company suposedly based in the Netherlands is legitimate and reliable.
I called on their given phone number 31-20-6XXXXX (possilbly redirected to another country) and no one answered the phone, and their various e-mails (depending on the different lotteries) are rejected for server problems.
I've told that regular mail is also received from this company (Post office stamp is usually from Sweden and other countries)..
